SB 61 Signed by the Governor!

Today, February 23, Governor Daugaard signed SB 61 into law. The new law will take effect on July 1, 2017.

NPASD would like to thank Governor Daugaard for signing this legislation. We would also like to thank Sen. Deb Soholt and Rep. Jean Hunhoff for sponsoring this legislation and to all the legislators who supported this initiative.
