Position Description

Join our independent hospital’s collaborative Primary Care team serving a welcoming and community focused region. This role offers competitive compensation, manageable call expectations, and opportunities for additional paid shifts.

Position Highlights

Outpatient Primary Care with optional hospital and ER coverage

Strong clinical and administrative support

Low volume 1:5 call rotation

Manageable patient load of 10–12 per day, supporting meaningful patient relationships

Open to Physician Assistants

Epic EMR

Compensation

Base salary: $120,000–$165,000

Production bonus and optional additional call pay

Signing bonus and CME stipend

4+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days

Additional Emergency Medicine shifts available with significant supplemental compensation
