The facility features modern technology including GE Centricity EMR for clinic operations and EPIC for hospital systems. The orthopedic department is well-supported with dedicated nursing staff, cast technicians, and administrative personnel.

Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - Orthopedic Surgery

This locum tenens opportunity offers multiple coverage periods between August and January, providing flexibility for qualified providers. The position includes a mix of clinical, surgical, and trauma/orthopedic call responsibilities in a well-established practice.

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm) with weeknight call and weekend 24-hour call
• Multiple coverage periods available between August and January
• Inpatient responsibilities include rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults, and OR
• Join a team of 4 physicians with excellent support staff (dedicated nurses, cast technicians, reception staff)
• Well-equipped facility with 2 exam rooms and 3 cast rooms per provider
• On-site medical imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy services
• Appointment lengths vary from 10-30 minutes depending on visit type
• Procedures include total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements
• Hand, wrist, knee, shoulder, hip, ankle, and foot surgical procedures
• Trauma injuries, fracture care, sports medicine, and other orthopedic disorders
• Teaching opportunities available with internal medicine and family medicine residents, as well as PA student rotations
• New graduates will be considered

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
